Ingredients
- 1½ ounces Gentilly Gin
- ¾ ounce Giffard Pamplemousse
- ½ ounce fresh lime juice
- ¼ ounce Chartreuse
- Splash simple syrup
- 2 drops tiki bitters
- Garnish: lime peel
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add gin, Giffard Pamplemousse, lime juice, Chartreuse, simple syrup, and bitters. Add ice. Cover and shake until cold. Strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with lime peel, if desired.
