Parakeet Nordine Cocktail

Ingredients
  • 1½ ounces Gentilly Gin
  • ¾ ounce Giffard Pamplemousse
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ¼ ounce Chartreuse
  • Splash simple syrup
  • 2 drops tiki bitters
  • Garnish: lime peel
Instructions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, add gin, Giffard Pamplemousse, lime juice, Chartreuse, simple syrup, and bitters. Add ice. Cover and shake until cold. Strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with lime peel, if desired.
