Corn Ribs

Sweet and smoky Corn Ribs are a fun appetizer or side dish that will be a hit at your next summer cookout.

Corn Ribs
 
Makes 6 to 8 Servings
Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 ears fresh corn
  • Garnish: sliced green onion
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium heat(300° to 350°).
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together melted butter, paprika, Creole seasoning, parsley, green onion, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Trim end from ears of corn. Carefully cut each cob lengthwise into quarters. Brush butter mixture all over corn.
  4. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until tender and golden brown, 6 to 10 minutes. Brush with more butter mixture. Garnish with green onion, if desired.
