Corn Ribs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 ears fresh corn
- Garnish: sliced green onion
- Preheat grill to medium heat(300° to 350°).
- In a medium bowl, stir together melted butter, paprika, Creole seasoning, parsley, green onion, and pepper until well combined.
- Trim end from ears of corn. Carefully cut each cob lengthwise into quarters. Brush butter mixture all over corn.
- Grill corn, turning occasionally, until tender and golden brown, 6 to 10 minutes. Brush with more butter mixture. Garnish with green onion, if desired.
