Turkey Sandwich with Fried Egg, Arugula, and Cranberry Mayo

Take your leftover turkey sandwich to the next level by adding a fried egg and homemade cranberry mayo.

Turkey Sandwich with Fried Egg, Arugula, and Cranberry Mayo
 
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 slice of bread
  • Sliced leftover turkey
  • Arugula
  • 1 fried egg
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, stir together 1 tablespoon each cranberry sauce and mayonnaise; spread on one slice of bread. Top with sliced turkey, arugula, and 1 fried egg.
