Mediterranean Highball

This Mediterranean Highball combines sherry, quinquina blanc, orange liqueur, and lemon juice for a light, citrusy cocktail with refreshing flavor.

Mediterranean Highball
 
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
  • 1½ ounces Manzanilla or Fino Sherry
  • 1½ ounces quinquina blanc*
  • ½ ounce orange liqueur*
  • ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Club soda
  • Garnish: orange zest twist
Instructions
  1. In a tall glass, combine sherry, quinquina, liqueur, and lemon juice, and top with a splash of club soda. Add crushed ice, and swizzle (quickly stir) with a bar spoon or swizzle stick. Top with more soda, and garnish with an orange twist, if desired.

*Craig uses L.N. Mattei Cap Corse Blanc Quinquina and Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao.
