Bastille Cup

Ingredients
- 1½ ounces fresh watermelon juice
- 1 ounce Pineau des Charentes
- 1 ounce amontillado sherry
- ¼ ounce fresh lime juice
- ¼ ounce Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- Garnish: fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine watermelon juice, Pineau des Charentes, sherry, lime juice, and liqueur. Cover and shake until combined. Strain over crushed ice into a highball glass. Garnish with mint, if desired.
