The Crustacean Club

Opened this past summer in the heart of New Orleans’ French Quarter, The Crustacean Club is a vision come to life for husband-and-wife duo Evan Ingram and Brenna Sanders. The restaurant proudly celebrates and honors the Gulf Coast region’s freshest local catches, and diners can either savor an elegant five-course tasting menu in the Club Room or enjoy freshly shucked oysters, caviar, and more in the Oyster Room. Its purposeful nature doesn’t stop there, though. It is also committed to operating a strict low-waste kitchen, as well as fostering a close partnership with the Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana to help rebuild the native coastal reefs.
