This Mediterranean Highball combines sherry, quinquina blanc, orange liqueur, and lemon juice for a light, citrusy cocktail with refreshing flavor.
Mediterranean Highball
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces Manzanilla or Fino Sherry
- 1½ ounces quinquina blanc*
- ½ ounce orange liqueur*
- ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
- Club soda
- Garnish: orange zest twist
Instructions
- In a tall glass, combine sherry, quinquina, liqueur, and lemon juice, and top with a splash of club soda. Add crushed ice, and swizzle (quickly stir) with a bar spoon or swizzle stick. Top with more soda, and garnish with an orange twist, if desired.
