Ingredients
  • 6 ounces rye whiskey
  • 6 ounces sweet vermouth
  • 4 ounces Bénédictine liqueur
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon absinthe
  • 1 teaspoon Peychaud’s bitters
  • Garnish: Luxardo cherries
Instructions
  1. In a pitcher, stir together whiskey, vermouth, Bénédictine, 6 tablespoons water, absinthe, and bitters until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight. Serve in chilled coupe glasses. Garnish with cherries, if desired.
