Creamy Parmesan Sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped roasted red pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
