Lemon Whipped Cream
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1¼ cups confectioners’ sugar
- Zest of 5 lemons
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cream and confectioners’ sugar at high speed until stiff peaks form. Fold in zest.
