Mustard Dressing
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Creole mustard
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon Creole seasoning
- In a jar, place all ingredients; cover and shake well until combined.
