Green Dipping Sauce
 
Makes about 1¾ cups

  1. In the container of a blender, combine 1 bunch green onions, 2 jalapeños (halved and seeded), 1 cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley, ¼ cup olive oil, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt. Process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
