Buttermilk Whipped Cream
- ½ cup cold heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup cold whole buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In the bowl of stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat all ingredients at medium speed until soft peaks form. Use immediately.
Butternut squash can be used in place of cushaw squash.
