Aurora Seersucker Cocktail
- 2 ounces Seersucker Southern Style Gin
- ½ ounce agave nectar
- ½ ounce orange liqueur*
- ½ ounce pomegranate liqueur*
- Elderfower tonic water*
- Garnish: fresh mint leaf
- In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, agave, and liqueurs; fill with ice. Cover and shake until very cold. Pour into a 5-ounce coupe glass, and top with tonic water. Garnish with mint, if desired.
*We used Combier Triple Sec, PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur, and Fentimans Elderflower Tonic Water.
