Aurora Seersucker Cocktail
 
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Seersucker Southern Style Gin
  • ½ ounce agave nectar
  • ½ ounce orange liqueur*
  • ½ ounce pomegranate liqueur*
  • Elderfower tonic water*
  • Garnish: fresh mint leaf
Instructions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, agave, and liqueurs; fill with ice. Cover and shake until very cold. Pour into a 5-ounce coupe glass, and top with tonic water. Garnish with mint, if desired.
Notes
*We used Combier Triple Sec, PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur, and Fentimans Elderflower Tonic Water.
