Creole Caesar Dressing
 
Makes ¾ cup
Ingredients
  • 1 anchovy fillet, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Creole mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together anchovy, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, and Worcestershire until smooth. Whisk in mayonnaise, cheese, pepper, and salt until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
