Black and Blue Fruit Salad
 
Makes about 5 cups
Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup halved green grapes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons cane syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ΒΌ cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • Garnish: lime slices
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine blackberries, blueberries, grapes, mint, cane syrup, and lime zest and juice. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Top with coconut just before serving. Garnish with lime slices, if desired.
