Basil Dressing
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- ½ ripe avocado, pitted
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- In the container of a blender, combine basil, avocado, oil, 3 tablespoons water, and all remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
