Basil Dressing
 
Makes about ¾ cup
Ingredients
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
  • ½ ripe avocado, pitted
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. In the container of a blender, combine basil, avocado, oil, 3 tablespoons water, and all remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
