Spicy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
