Sweetened Whipped Cream
 
Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream with a mixer at medium-high speed. Add confectioners’ sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until medium-soft peaks form. Use immediately.
