Sweetened Whipped Cream
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar
- In a medium bowl, beat cream with a mixer at medium-high speed. Add confectioners’ sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until medium-soft peaks form. Use immediately.
