Cream Cheese Frosting
 
Makes about 6 cups
Ingredients
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 5 cups confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating until smooth.
