Cream Cheese Frosting
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 5 cups confectioners’ sugar
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Gradually add confectioners’ sugar, beating until smooth.
