In a cocktail shaker, combine sake, gin, lemon juice, Honeydew Cordial, cream of coconut, and syrup. Add ice, cover, and shake until cold. Pour into prepared glass, and garnish with mintand honeydew melon, if desired.
Notes
*I use Roku Gin, Coco Reàl, and Cocktail & Sons Mint & Lemon Verbena Syrup. If Cocktail & Sons Mint & Lemon Verbena Syrup is not available, use simple syrup and give a squeeze fresh of lemon rind.
