The Widow’s Embrace

Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon Whiskey
  • ¾ ounce Coquerel Calvados
  • ¾ ounce Averell Damson
  • Plum Gin Liqueur
  • ½ ounce D.O.M. Bénédictine Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Bitter Queens Shanghai Shirley Chinese 5-Spice Bitters
  • 2 dashes Regans’ Orange Bitters
  • Garnish: rosemary, thyme, and lavender bouquet garni
Instructions
  1. In a mixing glass, combine whiskey, calvados, liqueurs, and all bitters; add ice, and stir. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass, and garnish with a bouquet garni, if desired.
