Blackberry-Bourbon Boulevardier
 
Ingredients
  • 2 (6-ounce) packages fresh blackberries
  • 6 ounces bourbon, chilled
  • 6 ounces sweet vermouth, chilled
  • 6 ounces Campari, chilled
  • 3 ounces ginger syrup*
  • 3 ounces Amarena cherry syrup
  • Garnish: orange peel, Amarena cherries, fresh blackberries
Instructions
  1. In the container of a blender, blend blackberries, bourbon, sweet vermouth, Campari, ginger syrup, and cherry syrup on low speed until smooth. Strain mixture well through a fine-mesh sieve; discard solids.
  2. Divide mixture among 6 glasses, and garnish with orange peel, Amarena cherries, and blackberries.
Notes
*We used El Guapo Ginger Syrup.

Kitchen Tip

To make ahead, place blended, strained mixture in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve. This recipe can easily be doubled to serve in a pitcher for a big-batch cocktail.
