Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
- 1 cup frozen banana slices, slightly thawed
- ⅓ cup whole-milk yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Toasted coconut, granola, almond butter, strawberries, blueberries, and banana slices, to serve
- In the container of a blender, process frozen strawberries, frozen banana, yogurt, and chia seeds until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, and serve with coconut, granola, almond butter, berries, and banana as desired.
