Rémoulade Sauce
 
Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon minced celery
  • 1 tablespoon minced green onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
