Rémoulade Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon minced celery
- 1 tablespoon minced green onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon Creole seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
