Buttermilk Whipped Cream
- ¾ cup cold heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup cold whole buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ cup sugar
- In the bowl of stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat cold cream, cold buttermilk, vanilla, and salt at medium-high speed until frothy. Reduce mixer speed to medium, and add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until soft peaks form. Use immediately.
