Rémoulade Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Creole mustard
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
