Meyer Lemon Spritzer
 
Makes 6 Servings
Ingredients
  • 8 sprigs fresh mint
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1½ cups Lillet Blanc
  • 1½ cups vodka
  • 1 cup fresh Meyer lemon juice
  • Lemon twists
  • Club soda
  • Garnish: Meyer lemon slices, fresh mint sprigs
Instructions
  1. In a large measuring cup, place mint and sugar. Gently muddle, being careful not to tear mint. Add Lillet Blanc, vodka, and lemon juice; stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a pitcher, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Discard mint; add lemon twists. Serve over ice. Add a splash of club soda, and garnish with lemon slices and mint, if desired.
