Creole Tomato and Bacon Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • Romaine lettuce
  • 4 (½-inch-thick) slices Creole tomato
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, garlic, and Creole seasoning. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Spread mayonnaise mixture onto one side of each bread slice. Top half of bread slices with lettuce, tomato, and bacon. Cover with remaining bread slices. Serve immediately.
