Cilantro-Lime Slaw
- 1 (10-ounce) package angel hair coleslaw
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, bell peppers, and cilantro. Add oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper; toss to combine.
