Horace’s Cucumbers in Sour Cream

Makes 4 servings

 

 

 

1 cup sour cream
3 small green onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons finely chopped salad olives
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 large cucumbers, sliced
3 dashes your favorite hot pepper sauce

 

Combine all ingredients except cucumbers and mix well. If you prefer your cucumbers peeled, peel them and then slice to 1/4-inch thickness. Add cucumbers to the dressing mixture and stir.
