Ingredients:

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 cup cooked diced bacon
  • 2 cups cooked diced onions
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pint half-and-half
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped chives
  • Salt, white pepper, powdered caraway seeds, to taste

Instructions:

Line a half-sheet pan (11¾ x 7 1/2) with puff pastry. Mix all other ingredients. Spread over puff pastry and bake in 375º F oven until nicely browned, about 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
